Due to annoying (non-serious) health issues, I took off early from work, thus racing through work and not eating a lunch. So, by the time I got home from the doc's I was STARVING.
5 Dumplings and 5 Dino Chicken Nuggets later... still hungry.
This is where it gets bad.
Cheese Cubes on a paper plate. (Not as bad as eating a whole rotisserie chicken outta the plastic container).
But then of course, since I was still hungry (a few hours later), I redeemed myself with whole wheat penne with tomato sauce and turkey meatballs.
Meanwhile, in the baking realm, I am looking for vanilla cookie recipes to test out the 4 "specialty" vanilla extracts I have sitting in the cupboard. So more cookie experimentation to come soon!
