Cilantro and Pork Dumplings with Ponzu/Soy Sauce Broth and Ramen Noodles
Pretty much a one pot meal. Just boil everything together. I like to break a dumpling in the pot so that more flavor gets into the broth and is absorbed by the noodles. And of course, since dumplings take longer to cook than noodles do, add noodles towards the end of cooking. Add some ponzu and soy sauce to taste.
